Practical information
When do the meetings take place?
The Spring Course will take place from 10-17 March 2023 in France.
The first follow-up meeting will take place during the EHA2023 Congress from 8 – 11 June
The second follow-up meeting will take place during the 65th Annual Meeting of ASH in December 2023.
Costs
There is no registration or application fee, however, by applying, applicants agree that they will participate in all three meetings and respond to follow-up surveys in the future.
EHA and ASH arrange all travel and accommodation for the TRTH Spring Course and follow-up meetings as follows:
Spring Course
Travel, accommodation and food for the spring course are arranged and covered by EHA and ASH. Economy class airfare, up to €1000 or whatever is the most reasonable fare as quoted by EHA’s travel agent, is arranged and covered by EHA and ASH. Participants are responsible for arranging their own visa and valid travel documents to allow them to attend all TRTH Meetings. Participants are also responsible for the cost of the airport transfers from their home to the airport/train station for travel to the TRTH meetings and for the cost of transfers from the airport/train stations to their homes from the TRTH meetings.
Follow-up Meetings

Requirements
If you get accepted into the program, you will be required to attend all meetings and stay in house at the Spring Course. No pets or relatives allowed.
