EHA Thalassemia Program
Contributed to the Program: Ali Taher and Nica Cappellini
The EHA Thalassemia Program is a comprehensive review of all aspects of thalassemia. Divided into four independent courses, the program covers epidemiology, molecular biology and genetics, clinical classification, screening and diagnosis, associated morbidities and management of both TDT and NTDT. The course also looks at the fertility profile, pregnancy issues and quality of life of these patients, in addition to all novel therapies under clinical development in the field (curative and non-curative). Each course is interactive and explores each topic in detail. Link: https://ehacampus.ehaweb.org/ehailp/pages/description.jsf?menuId=1106#/users/@self/catalogues/371340/programmes/322886/description
