Meeting venue
The EHA Pediatric Course 2019 will take place at Grand Hotel Riviera in Sorrento, Italy. This is also the hotel where the participants will stay during the course. In case this hotel is full, some of the participants will be accommodated (and breakfast) at the Hotel Ambasciatori (a hotel in the same classification adjacent to the Grand Hotel Riviera) and, in case, in other hotels nearby. This will be done based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that the Grand Hotel Riviera will open for the course on April 1. In case of early arrival, please arrange your own accommodation.
Extra nights
If you are staying for more than 3 nights (or after the course) at the Grand Hotel Riviera, please complete the appropriate form (provided by the hotel) and send it along with the registration form. If you need an invoice or receipt for the three nights of the congress for “personal reimbursement”, they will have to do “additional” check-out /check-in (more info could be provided directly at the hotel).
There is car parking availability at the Grand Hotel Riviera at a cost of €18,00/day payable directly to the hotel.
