INTERPLAN AG is the official mandated registration bureau and hotel booking organization for the EHA2023 Hybrid Congress. The only official correspondence you should receive will be from EHA or Interplan. EHA cannot validate registrations via sources other than those presented by Interplan AG.

EHA2023 Registration categories
For the EHA2023 Hybrid Congress, you can opt in for the full package and get the most out of the Congress by attending physically in Frankfurt and virtually, or to enjoy the Congress from the comfort of your home by attending virtually only.
EHA2023 Hybrid registration fee
The EHA2023 Hybrid registration fee includes:
- Full Scientific program access in Frankfurt, Germany and in the Congress platform from June 8-11, 2023, including the Invited Speaker Program and the Sponsored session program such as the Satellite Symposia Day on Thursday, June 8 and Updates-in-Hematology and Satellite Symposia (45 or 60 minutes) on Friday and Saturday,
- Full access to the Virtual Days from June 14-16, 2023, on the Congress platform, including the virtual Invited Speaker Program and virtual sponsored session program,
- Full access to the YoungEHA Research Meeting in Frankfurt on Thursday June 8 (also livestreamed),
- Full access to the Exhibition Area where you can meet all the EHA industry and nonprofit partners and get the latest information on their research and products,
- One printed Pocket Program to navigate the program and your way around the venue,
- Use of the official Congress Mobile App,
- Healthy lunches on Friday, June 9, Saturday, June 10 and Sunday, June 11,
- Access to the Poster networking reception on Friday, June 9,
- Access to the digital Abstract book, paper posters & E-posters in Frankfurt, and online,
- Public transport ticket: the most sustainable way (besides walking) to get around Frankfurt from Thursday, June 8 to Sunday, June 11,
- Use of the Meeting Hub to meet your peers (free of charge but booking required),
- Access to all on-demand content from June 20 until August 14, 2023 (23:59 CEST),
- Certificate of participation to be downloaded on the Congress platform as of June 11, and
- Opportunity to network with congress participants around the world.
The access to the Congress platform will be valid from (June 1-2 - profile creation) June 8, 2023 (content release) until August 14, 2023 (23:59 CEST).

EHA2023 Virtual only registration
You may also follow the EHA2023 Hybrid Congress virtually only via the Congress platform.
This EHA2023 Virtual only registration fee includes:
- Full access to the live streaming of the full scientific program held in Frankfurt from June 8-11, 2023, including the Invited Speaker Program and the Sponsored session program such as the Satellite Symposia Day on Thursday, June 8 and Updates-in-Hematology and Satellite Symposia (45 or 60 minutes) on Friday and Saturday,
- Full access to the Virtual Days from June 14-16, 2023 on the Congress platform, including the Invited Speaker Program and virtual sponsored session program,
- Access to the live stream of the YoungEHA Research Meeting on Thursday, June 8,
- Access to all on-demand content from June 20 until August 14, 2023 (23:59),
- Access to E-posters online, and the digital Abstract book,
- Access to the Company profiles of partners and sponsors,
- Use of the official Congress Mobile App,

The virtual only registration does not give access to the activities being held in Frankfurt, Germany (entrance to the Congress centre, Meeting Hub, Exhibition, Pocket program, lunches and so on).

EHA2023 More information
YoungEHA Research Meeting
The 2023 edition of the YoungEHA Research Meeting will take place on Thursday, June 8 in Frankfurt. More information about this meeting can be found here.
Abstract Book
The Abstract Book will only be made available via the Congress platform and via HemaSphere (the official journal of EHA) and will not be printed. Additionally, abstracts will be made available on the EHA website.
Group registration
For small groups of 10 or more participants:
These group registrations can be made via our online group registration system. This online group registration process will allow you to make one payment and receive one invoice for multiple delegates. You can submit all names and details of your group members at a later stage.
Should you wish to also make hotel reservations for a small group of up to 9 rooms, this must be done separately in a different online booking form. Please note that these rooms are available for congress attendees only, so all persons booking a hotel room should also be registered to attend the EHA2023 Congress. Hotel rooms for non-congress attendees cannot be guaranteed (even if paid in full) and the congress secretariat reserves the right to cancel these bookings, should no congress registration be received for these persons.

Important information regarding your attendance in Frankfurt
- Corona safety measurements
EHA is committed to a safe and healthy environment at the congress. We closely monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) and will comply with all local measures at the Congress. Please check the requirements regularly for your country as these may change and plan your visit to Frankfurt accordingly.
More information regarding the measurements will be published here closer to the congress dates and all registered participants will be informed accordingly.
- Invitation letter for visa application
All participants requiring a letter of invitation for visa application purposes may request this letter during the online registration process when available. We will not be able to issue any letter of invitation without receiving the registration and the payment of the required registration fees. Please note that the organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a participant.
Should your visa application be declined, you can send a request for a full refund of the registration fees to the Congress secretariat by e-mail (eharegistration@interplan.de) before May 3, 2023. A scanned copy of the visa decline letter should be attached to your request. For requests received after May 3, 2023, the cancellation policy for general congress registrations will apply.
Important terms and conditions
Payment of registration fees
- Payment by credit card: The online registration platform is a secured site. VISA, Eurocard/MasterCard and American Express are the only credit cards accepted. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive a paid invoice (receipt) by email.
- Payment by bank transfer : Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an auto-responder email. Once the registration has been verified an unpaid invoice for your registration fees will be sent by email. This invoice includes all payment instructions as well as your registration number to mention as reference of the payment. Upon receipt of your payment, your registration will be confirmed to you by email. Please note that payment by bank transfer and Purchase order is only accepted until May 3, 2023. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted.
Name changes
- Name changes will be accepted free of charge until May 3, 2023. After this date a name change fee of € 30 will be imposed. The previously booked registration items will be automatically taken over to the replacing person's registration.
Conversion of registration
For all conversions, the registration department must be notified in writing by sending an e-mail to eharegistration@interplan.de The following conversion conditions apply. Please note that all refunds will be processed after the congress.
- Changing your hybrid registration into a virtual registration:
- You can change your congress registration at any time from hybrid to virtual until May 31, 2023; 23:59 CEST without any costs, and the registration fee difference will be reimbursed.
- After May 31, 2023; 23:59 CEST, the conversion from hybrid to virtual is no longer possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reimburse the fee difference at this late stage due to the costs incurred for your expected physical attendance.
- Convert your virtual registration into a hybrid registration:
- This is always possible by paying the difference between the two fees at the time of your request. This is possible until the on-site registration closes on Sunday, June 11.
Cancellation of registration
For all cancellations, the registration department must be notified in writing by sending an e-mail to eharegistration@interplan.de. The following cancellation conditions apply. Please note that all refunds will be processed after the Congress ends.
- In case the cancellation is received before May 3, 2023; 23:59 CEST:
- For virtual registrations: the registration fee will be reimbursed minus € 50 administrative fee. Except for Junior EHA Member which will be reimbursed fully.
- For hybrid registrations: the registration fee will be reimbursed minus € 100 administrative fee.
- In case the cancellation is received between May 4, 2023; and May 31, 2023; 23:59 CEST, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (for all registration fees).
- For cancellations notified from May 31, 2023; 23:59 CEST, the registration fee will not be reimbursed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reimburse the fee in full (or partially) at this late stage due to the costs incurred for your expected physical and/or virtual attendance.
