INTERPLAN AG is the official housing bureau for the EHA2023 Hybrid Congress. EHA cannot validate hotel reservations via sources other than those presented by Interplan AG. For more information, click here.

Hotel Information and Official Housing Bureau

The official housing bureau for the EHA2023 Congress is INTERPLAN AG. With careful research and dedicated negotiations, Interplan AG works on your behalf to provide the best hotel rates in order to keep the meeting affordable in Frankfurt.

To receive the best service and pricing, please do not use an outside vendor (for more information click here).

Individual Bookings (less than 9 rooms)

Individual hotel bookings can be made via an individual hotel booking link (available from early 2023). Full pre-payment is required, and a booking confirmation email will be sent upon payment receipt.

Group Bookings (more than 9 rooms)

If you are part of the EHA Ranking, you will be contacted by ehahotel@interplan.de directly.
